Homework Time!!!

Okay, I'll admit it. The second day of 2008 was a little better than yesterday. But not by much. I was bombarded with the ongoing parade of homework that usually comes after a big break. Let me try to remember it all.
  • mystery folder thing for English
  • bibliography cards for Reading
  • typed bibliography for Reading
  • finished project for Reading
  • football project for Math
  • organize my folder for Health (this will take the longest, trust me)
  • make-up the respiratory packet for Science
  • study for science test
  • and I'll get more tomorrow

Greetings 2008

I don't know what to write. So far, 2008 is pretty boring. Nothing especially frightening, awful, awesome, or dramatic has happened. I hope it doesn't stay like this all year. That would definitly suck. So I guess I'll just alternate going to Brotherhood 2.0's website and watching the January 2007 archives with listening to my Pandora's Beatles radio until something interesting happens in 2008.

Get Ready to Mourn the Death of 2007

People say that you are supposed to make new years resolutions. Personally, I think that it is much easier to make a to-do list of sorts. I find that it seems to make the huge task of surviving a whole new year a bit less daunting. This is mine for 2008:

  1. Finish the seventh grade with a second honor(A's and B's).
  2. Survive the school year with all of my friendships intact.
  3. Read all of Hemingway's novels.
  4. Finish the first and second drafts of my novel The Puzzle Called Love and start the first draft for untitled novel 2 (you know, the one who's plot sounds like Giligan's Island).
  5. Refrain from dislocating any more body parts.
